Architectural Jelly?

Bompas & Parr operates in the space between food and architecture using fine English jellies, designs bespoke jelly moulds and curating spectacular culinary events.




This has got to be one of the strangest and most interesting ideas I've come across in awhile. I'm still trying to wrap my head around what exactly is going on here. Also I am still taking pain killers for my teeth pain...possibly that is making this difficult.



Also, maybe I am truly hungry or just truly loopy...but this jellybacontomoatodonut looks fabulous.
